Shipping
Shipping is usually done through USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $6.00 for orders up to $99. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.
Shipping time varies by the time of year, size of order and whether items are currently in stock or have to be made. This is because orders are handcrafted individually by the artist. Orders made between September-December may take up to 2 weeks to be mailed. Other times of the year, orders are usually mailed between 2-7 days.
Although polymer clay is not a "green" resource, Cathy's Creations makes an effort to use recycled packaging materials when possible.
International orders are accepted although shipping may be higher than the domestic rate. Due to the amount of fraudulent international orders, we reserve the right to refuse to fill an order at our discretion.
Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, return it to us and we will refund your money minus the shipping charges.
If an order arrives broken, please return it to us & we will replace it at no charge or refund your money minus the shipping charges.
If an order is wrong ( mispelled, pieces missing, wrong order shipped, etc.) due to our error, please return the order to us and the order will be refunded including shipping charges. If you want the order replaced, it will be at no extra charge and return shipping costs will be refunded to you.
Before you Order
Because of printing costs, we do not offer a printed catalog.
Customized orders (example: color changes, new custom designs, etc.) are available from January through August.
We do accept mail orders. Email what you'd like & I will figure out your total. You may then mail your payment (check or moneyorder) to the address at the bottom of the page.
To be sure of Christmas delivery, place your order by December 12th.
After you Order
You may change or cancel your order up until the time it is shipped. After it is shipped, you may return it for a refund minus shipping charges.
